Going for a walk
My Friday morning began at 4:55 a.m. by putting on my splint. I then lay there in my bed until 6:30 before taking it off. I then went into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. At 7:00 I then had a bowl of cereal with a half bagel toasted. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. At 7:20 I then shaved before making my bed. At 7:30 I then beagan to stretch. I had first focused on my stroke recovery stretching. After doing so, I had gone into the kitchen so as to sart the dishwasher. At 7:53 I was back in my bedroom doing my back stretches. Once I was loosened up, I then began my weight workout. At 8:12 I then took my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 9:15 I had gone for a walk, once I had returned home, I had taken another shower before eating my lunch. I then brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 12:10-3:10. I then got up to make my move in words with friends. At 4:30 I then had eaten my dinner before returning to my bedroom before so as to brush my teeth. I then had put some clean laundry away before pulling up my blog.
