Mulling over the idea of giving a presentation
My Tuesday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by making my bed. After doing so, I then began to do my back stretches. At 6:00 I then began to do my stretch’s that have been helping in the recovery from stroke. At 6:10 I then worked my upper body with my weight exercises. Once I had completed my workout, I then shaved before taking my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 6:40 I had made my way into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit with fruit dip. I then had peanut butter and honey on two pieces of toast. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then put in my eye and nose drops before using my inhaler. I then grabbed my knapsack so as to meet. United Wheelchair in my driveway. Upon my arrival to WestSide For 9:00. I had sat in the lobby over in my quiet corner waiting to meet with Clark. Today. Clark and I had reviewed my thoughts on the book I had just read. “Making Sence out of suffering” by Peter Kreeft. He then let me know of some other books to read. I.e. Heretics. G.K. Chesterton. Today during Recreational Therapy Tobie had me looking up and studying informaion on hoe to transplant the plants outside from my garden inside. Option two was to use larger containers. We then set a goal: to plant plants into the ground by next week. Steps to follow: 1. Find spot outside to plant. I have to be gentle with the routes. Find area that gets full sun. To plant squash, I have to creat a mound. At 11:00 I then went to the craft room for Expressive Arts. Today Mchelle had us cutting out a butterfly for a stain glass project. Michelle then asked me if I would like to be part of a presentation on brain injury with the group I once was in. The presentation will be at Maine Adaptive Sports. Friday May 15, I said that I would think about it and give her my answer tomorrow. At 12:00 I then left to go home. I had arrived home at 1:00 Once I had eaten my lunch, I then went to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then slept from 1:40-4:30 before waking. I then ate dinner before taking a shower. I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
