Calling the devision of the blind
My Wednesday Morning began at 5:20 a.m. by making my bed. After doing so, I then began to stretch. Once I was loosened up from doing my stroke recover stretching, I then grabbed my weights and began to worked my upper body. At 5:50 I then started in with my back stretch’s. Once my morning workout was complete, I then shaved before taking my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 6:35 I had gon into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit with fruit dip. I then had a banana sandwich. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedrooom at 6:50 so as to brush my teeth. Once I had taken in some air, I then put in my eye and nose drops. I then grabbed my knapsack and United Wheelchair in my driveway. Upon my arrival to WestSide, I had spoke to Terry. She had been a case manager of mine somewhere along my journey who is now involved in bigger and better things for Goodwill Industries. During visually impaired group, I was the only client to arrive, so I had spent the time calling Chelsey from the devision of the blind. At 10:00 during my rehab session with Michele, we had looked up on line the devision of the blind on line. We had found some interesting things. At 11:00 during mindfulness and meditation group Pryadarshi had us deep breathing for relaxation. At 12:00 I then spoke to Stephen for case management. I had let home know about moving to camp for the summer, how do I go about changing my transportation. He let me knwo he would give me a form to fill out tomorrow. At 12:15 United Wheelchair had taken me home. Upon my arrival home at 1:15, I had eaten my lunch. At 1:40 I then brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 1:45-4:00 before waking. I then took a shower before eating my dinner. I then returned to my bedroom at 6:00 so as to type in today’s blog entry.
