Utilizing my I pad
My Tuesday morning began at 4:50 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to stretch. Once I had completed my stroke stretches, I had worked my upper body before doing my backs stretch’s. At 5:35 I then did another round of my weight workout. At 5:42 I had shaved before taking my shower. At 6:00 I then went into the main camp so as to eat my breakfast. After a bowl of cereal and English muffin with blueberry jam, I had returned to my camp so as to brush my teeth. I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in some air. I then cleaned the bathroom in my camp before sitting in my fathers vehicle at the top of the camp driveway to wait for United Wheelchair. I had arrived an hour late today so at 10:00 during my recreational therapy session today with Tobie, I had first showed her my book and the progress that I have made. We then looked over the notes on how to care for my garden so a to utilize my I pad the note section. At 11:00 I had gone to the arts and crafts room for expressive arts group. Today I had finished my butterfly project we had making while the other two clients looked up a new project for us to do with Michelle. At 12:00 I had left for home. At 1:20 I had arrived at camp. Once I had eaten my lunch. I then returned to my camp to brush my teeth. I then layed down to rest at 1:50. I had slept until 4:00 before getting up to take a shower. I then went into the main camp so as to blog before eating dinner.
