Waiting in my corner of the lobby
My Thursday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to do the stretch’s that have been Helping in my stroke recovery. At 5:53 I then grabbed my weights and began to work my upper body. At 6:00 I then completed my workout by doing my back exercises that I had learned in the past months of P.T. AT 6:20 I then shaved before taking my shower. Once I was ready for the day ahead, I then went into the kitchen so as to have an omelet with homefries. At 7:00 I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth I then took in some air before putting in my eye and nose drops. At 7:15 I then sat down to fill my empty pill containers. I then took some tablets out of the secured wrap that They are in. At 7:40 United Wheelchiar had arrived. Calvin had taken me to WestSide for 10:00 a.m. I had arrived at 9:20 I had arrived. I then went to my quiet corner in the lobby to wait for 10:00. During my first rehab session this morning with Marie, I had so as to change my transportation to be picked up at camp. I had left a message. Marie then we worked on proof reading my book. At 11:00 during my rehab session with Jamie, we had first played a game of chess. We then played mancola. At 12:00 I then left to go home. I had arrived home at 1:15. Once inside I had eaten my lunch. I then went to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then laid down to rest. I had slept from 1:30-4:40. Once had eaten dinner, I then took a shower before pulling up my blog.
