Coming up with ideas for the next news letter
My Monday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to stretch. I had first focused on my stroke recovery stretch’s. At 5:15 I then turned my focus on my stretch’s. Once my body was loosened up, I then began my weight workout. Once I had finished my morning workout, I had shaved at 5:40 before taking my shower. Once I was ready for the day, I then put in my eye and nose drops. I then went into the main camp at 6:15 so as to eat some fruit with fruit dip. I then had a bowl of cereal with a toasted English muffin. Once. Had finished eating, I had returned to my camp so as to brush my teeth. I then took in some air, before starting to read, “Making Sence Out of Suffering” once again. This time I am comparing the story’s and or chapters to my suffering that I have gone through in my life. At 7:45 United Wheelchair had arrived at camp to bring me to WestSide. Ihad arrived at WestSide at 9:15. I had sat in the lobby for fifteen minutes before going to my first therapy. Today during newsletter group, We has listed some ideas for the July newsletter. History of the Fourth of July, Yarmouth clam festival July 20-22, Maine Lighhouses, 36th Moxy festival July 13-15, Blue Angels, Farmers markets, Range Pond outing, Ice cream month, Blurberry month, Ruby Birthstone, Zodiac Leo, Dog days of summer, At 10:15 We finished the movie Pirates of the Caribbean. At 11:00 during Bullet Journal Group today I had fisineshed coloring the map of the U.S. of the states that I had visited. Jessica then had us talking about doing a mood tracker. At 12:00 I then met my United Wheelchair driver in the lobby to go to camp. I had arrived at camp at 1:30. Once I had eaten my lunch, I had returned directly into my camp, brushed my teeth and went to sleep from 2:00-5:00. I then took a shower before pulling up my blog.
