Writing an articl on the Fourth of July for the news letter
My Monday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by waking and getting out of bed so as to do my stroke recovery stretching. At 5:30 I then preceded to work my upper body with my weight exercises. At 5:35 I then began to stretch my back. Once I had completed my workout, I then shaved and took my shower before going into the main camp at 6:10. I had eaten some fruit before having a bowl of cereal with a toasted half of bagel. I then returned to my camp at 7:00 so as to bush my teeth. I then put in som eye and nose drops before taking in some air. At 8:15 United Wheelchair had arrived to bring me to WestSide. We had arrived there at 9:00. I had sat in the lobby for a little before going into the conference room for news letter. Today I had written an articl on the history of the Fourth of July. Once I had done some research, I then typed the article before sending to Ashly to put in the news letter. We then looked up fireworkes that were happening in area towns that clients live in. At 11:00 Corina had filled in for bullet journal group. I had showed Corina the progress I had made on my book. She then let me know if I would like to have her look it over she w would be more then willing to. I had Corina for speech therapy when I first arrived to WestSide once I was discharged from d’youville rehab. We then talked about adaptive outdoor program coming to WestSide. They will be doing biking. At 12:00 United Wheelchair had taken me home. I had arrived at camp at 1:30. Once I had eaten my lunch, I then went into my camp at 1:50 so to brush my teeth. I then laid down to rest. I had slept until 4:50 before getting up to type my blog entry before dinner.
