Happy Birthday Mom
My Wednesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by doing my stretching so as to help in stroke recovery. At 5:15 I then preceded to do my back stretch’s. At 5:30 I worked my upper body with my weights. At 5:40 I then had shaved before taking my shower. Once I was ready for the day, I then went into the main camp at 6:00 so as to eat some fruit. After doing so, I then had scrambled eggs with a toasted English muffin. Once I finished eating I then returned to my camp at 6:25 so as to brush my teet. I then took in some air before putting in my eye and nose drop. At 7:00 Calvin from United Wheelchair had arrived to bring me to WestSide. Upon my arrival to WestSide, I sat in the lobbby for fifteen minutes. I then went into Nancy’s office for visually impaired group. Today Nancy had asked us about our cooking and cleaning skills. From there we had ingaged in conversation. At 10:00 suing my rehab session with Michelle we called Chelsey from the Devision of the Blind to get reastablished with the program once again. We then added a app or two. At 11:00 during relaxation ground, Priadacy had us relaxing to the sounds of humming. At 12:00 Calvin then took me back to camp. I had arrived at camp at 1:23. Once I had eaten a sandwich for lunch, I then returned to my camp so as to brush my teeth and lay down. I had slept from 1:45-4:45 before waking. I then took a shower before going into the main camp so as to eat dinner with my parents. Once we had finished eating had given my mother her birthday card and gift. I then went back into my camp so as to blog.
