A visit to the chiropractor

My Friday morning began at 7:50 a.m. by getting up so as to make my bed. I then went into the main camp so as to eat some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. After doing so, I had toasted two slices of bread so as to make my self a banana sandwich. Once I had finished eating, I had picked up the kitchen, washing the dishes and putting things away. At 8:38 I then went into my camp so as to brush my teeth and shave. After doing so, I then filled my empty pill containers before order my script from the pharmacy. At 9:20 I then took some medication that I have out of the wrapping so as to be easier to get when I need it. At 9:30 I then began to stretch. I first focused on the stretching that I have been doing so as to help in my stroke recovery. I then worked my upper body by doing my weight exercises. At 9:46 I then turned my focus on my back exercises. At 10:15 I then went into the main camp so as to get the ice pack so that I could lay down in my camp with it on my ankle. At 11:00 I then took a shower, so as to get ready for the rest of my day. At 11:20 I then went into the main camp so as to have a bite to eat for lunch. I then retunred to my camp so as to brush my teeth . I then put in my eye and nose drops and took in some air before leaving with my mother. At 12:30 we had arrived at the Dr. Roberts office. Once inside, I had signed into the computer before being taken in to be put on a table. Dr. Roberts then made a few adjustments. At 1:00 I then left with my mother. We then made a few more stops to pick up some things like medication and a card or two. We had arrived back at camp at 2:00. I had gone strait to bed. I had slept until 4:45. After taking a shower, I had eaten dinner before returning back to my camp so as to blog.
