An appointment at Franklin Health Orthopedics with Dr. Thomas Pulling

My Wednesday morning began at 6:30 a.m. by getting up so as to make my bed. After doing so, I then preceded with my morning by stretching. I first began with my stretches that have been helping in my stroke recovery. At 6:46 I then began to do my back stretches. At 7:00 I then shaved before taking my shower. Once I had my eye and nose drops in, I then made my way into the main camp so as to eat my breakfast. After some fruit with fruit dip, I then some toast with jams and jelly. Once I had finished eating, I had retunred to my camp so as to brush my teeth and take in some air. I then went back into the main camp so as to pick up and wash dishes. I then went back into othe main camp so as to wash the mouth piece to my flow vent and my inhaler. I the left for the doctors with my mother at 8:45. Along the way, I had called Pat the receptionist at WestSide to let her know to schedule my pick up time for 2:00 p.m. due to my appointment with Tim at the devision of the blind. We had arrived at Franklin Memorial Hospital at 9:30. Once I was checked in, I had waited for the nurse to take me to a room. She had taken my blood pressure and pulse before then seeing the doctor. Dr. Pulls had brought up my back x ray from a year ago. After a brief discussion, he had let me know just to keep seeing the chiropractor and Stay active. At 10:52, I then left the doctors office. We had stopped at Hanaford along the way back so as to pick up some things. We eventually made it back to camp at 11:54. Once Ihad eaten lunch, I then watered my plants before laying down to rest.  Had slept from 1:00-4:30 before waking. I am not to happy, how tired the new seizure medication makes me, but I am relieved that my siezure active has reduced tromatically. Once I was awake, I had gone into the main camp so as to eat dinner. I then returned to my camp at 5:40 so as to take a shower before pulling up my blog at 6:30.
