Working on my scanning while at Wal-Mart with John

My Wednesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to focus my time on my stretching that has helped in my latest stroke recovery. Once I was loosened up, I then preceded to do my weight exercises. At 5:25, I then began to do my back stretches. Once my morning workout was complete, I then shaved before taking a shower thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 6:00 I then went into the main camp so as to to eat some fruit with fruit dip while drinking my hot coca. After a bowl of cereal with a piece of toast, I then retunred to my camp so as to brush my teeth and to take in some air. United Wheelchair soon arrived to transport me to WestSide Neurorehabilitation. Upon my arrival for 9:00 I had made my way to Nancy’s office for visually impaired group. Today we spoke about the process working with the devision of the blind, we then spoke about shopping strategies while in the grocery store. At 10:00 during a rehab session with John who was covering for Michelle, we had gone to Wal-Mart to purchase some milk and bread for westside. I had worked on scanning while looking for the bread and milk. John then showed me how to use the self check out. Once back at WestSide at 11:00 I had gone to Pryadarshis office mindfullness and meditation. Once we had finished our session, I then met with Steven for case management. We had spoke about how things are going with my therapy at WestSide and where I am at with the Devision of the Blind. Calvin from United Wheelchair arrived at 12:30 so as to bring me to camp. I had arrived there at 2:00 after dropping some other clients off. Once I had eaten my lunch, I then layed down to rest. I had slept from 2:30-4:30 before getting out to go into the main camp to eat dinner. I then retunred to my camp so as to take a shower. I then pulled up my blog and began to type of my day.
