The swelling continues to go down and black and blue slowly fades

My Friday morning began at 7:00 a.m. by making my bed. I then went into the main camp so as to eat some fruit with fruit dip while drinkin my hot cocoa. At 7:10 I then had a bowl of cereal with my taosted bagel. Once I had finished eating, I had washed the dishes, thus picking up the kitchen. At 8:00 I then returned to my camp so as to brush my teeth and shave. I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in some air. At 8:18 I then began to do my stretches that I have been doing since having my last stroke. At 8:32 I then preceded with my back stretches. At 8:40 I then grabbed my weights and worked my upper body. At 8:50 I then retunred to the main camp so as to wash some more dishes that I had in my camp along with my water bottle. I then retunred to my camp at 9:00 so as to lay down on my bed so as to put an ice pack on my ankle. The black and blue marks are still around my toes and heel area and most of the swelling has gone down. After thirty minutes, I had gone into the main camp so as to watch a movie. At 11:00 I then spoke to my grandmother who had called. I then made my move in words with friends. At 11:30 I then retunred to my camp so as to fill my empty pill containers. I then watched the news. In the mean time my mother had arrived home from work. I had helped her in with some groceries before eating lunch. At 1:00 I then retunred to my camp so as to brush my teeth. I layed down at 1:15 and I had slept until 4:00. I then went into the main camp so as to sit on the deck with my parents. At 5:30 I had eaten dinner before returning to my camp at 5:45 so as to take a shower. I then put up my blog and typed of my day.
