Resting to ease the pain

My Saturday morning began at 9:15 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to shave. After doing so, I then started in with My stretching that I have been doing so as to help with my stroke recovery. At 9:38 I then precede to work my upper body by doing my weight exercises. After doing so, I then did My back stretches before going into the main camp so as to eat some fruit with fruit dip while drinking my hot cocoa. At 10:15 I then had two pieces of French toast for breakafast before returning to my camp so as to take a shower. After doing so, Ithen cleaned my bathroom, thus wiping things down. At 10:50 I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in some air. I then wrapped my ankle and foot up with the ace wrapping so as to support my ankle. At 11:10 I then layed down to rest. I knew I tired, I had slept until 3:30 before waking. The two tylonol that I had taken for the pain that I was having in my ankle Pryor to falling to sleep helped also. Once I was up, I had eaten a small lunch. At 4:10 I then filled my empty pill containers for the week. I then spoke to my grandmother before changing the sheets on my bed. I then filled out my fathers birthday card before pulling up my blog.
