Seeing Judy Wolf while working with Tim

My Thursday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to do my stretching that has helped in my stroke recovery. At 5:15 I then preceded to do my back stretches. I then worked my upper body by doing some of my weight exercises. At 5:30 I then shaved before taking my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 6:00 I then went into the main camp so as to to eat some fruit with fruit dip, Once I had a bowl of cereal with an English muffin, I then retunred to my camp so as to brush my teeth. I then took in som air, before driving away on United Wheelchair to WestSide Neurorehab. Upon my my arrrival, at 9:00 I had gone to the gym for a p.t. And o.t. Evil with Nancy and Emma so as to help me learn how to use my white cane again. Emma then gave me some stronger thera bands to use in strengthening my ankle. Emma wanted to see how I did on the stairs she then had me on the treadmill. Nancy and Emma both had me outside walking on uneven terrain, like grass while practicing with the sweeping cane. Emma then made some recommendations, i.e. slowing down, and and to switch form white cane to mobile Caine. At 10:00 I then worked on editing my book with Kala. At 11:00 during my rehab seeion with Jamie I had drilled holes int the boards that I had painted with words on them, so as to connect them. At 12:00 I had eaten my lunch in the lobby. I then went to brush my teeth before sitting in the lobby so as to wait for Time from the devision  of the blind to pick me up. Today Time and I worked on plan of action. We then talked about Katlyn an O&M instructor  to come. To  my house  to see how I do with safety around cooking and laundry ect. While there I saw Judy Wolf. Someone who had helped me in the past with the devision of the blind with employment while I was living on my own before this last stroke. She had made the comment on how I had looked the same. At 2:00 Tim brought me back to WestSide where United Wheelchair took me to camp. Upon my arrival at 3:40 I had taken a shower before sitting on the deck to talk to my parents, I then pulled up my blog at 4:30 and typed of my day.
