Back on my feet one step at a time

My Wednesday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by getting up so as to eat some fruit and drink my hot cocoa. After a bowl of cereal. And toasted English muffin, I had brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. I then took in some air before sitting down at 6:40 so as to fill my empty pill containers for the week ahead. At 7:00 I then put some clean laundry away before starting in with my stroke recovery stretches. I then did some of my back stretches that I could do which did not involve using my foot for support. My ankle is heeling but still hurts with a lot of pressure. At 7:30 I then listened to a audio book while laying on my bed with ice on my ankle and foot area. I then put my phone on vibrate and fell back to sleep. I had slept from 9:00-10:44 before waking. I then watched a movie on net flicks until 12:00. While I was watching the news on line my mother had arrived to camp from work. She had made me some kayle chips with a sandwich and I had ventured outside my camp for the first time into the main camp since my injury this past Sunday. Once I had finished eating, I then retunred to my camp at 1:30 so as to brush my teeth. I then layed back down to rest from 1:40-4:30. I then pulled up my blog and began to type of my day before eating dinner.
