My Monday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by making my bed. After doing so, I then began to do my stretches that have been helping me in stroke recovery. At 5:20 I then preceded to work my upper body by doing my weight exercises. At 5:26 I then did my back stretches before shaving and taking my shower. At 6:00 I then went into the main camp so as to eat some fruit with fruit dip. After doing so, I then had a bowl of hot cereal with a piece of toast. At 6:30 I then retunred to my camp so as to brush my teeth. Once I had put in my eye and nose drops before taking in some air. At 6:45 I did some reading while waiting At 7:00 United Wheelchair had arrived to bring me to WestSide. I had arrived at WestSide at 8:50. I had gone to the conference room at 9:00 for newsletter group. Today I wrote a poem to let clients know about the new client lounge. The client lounge a new room at WestSide, Walk on in If your waning to hide. Are you feeling tired, And the lobby’s to loud, Go to the client lounge, Get way from the crowd.. Enjoy the peacefulness, And tranquility, The client lounge, Is where to be. Stare at the walls, Or read a book, Artwork that’s hanging, take a look. Mesmerized, At the things you see, The client lounge, Is where to be. During the newsletter group, my case manager Steven came in to have me sign a release form so that the devision of the blind and WestSide can share information. At 10:00 I then wrote another artical during my rehab session with Ashly. At 11:00 during bulletin Journel group Jessica had me doing dome writing. At 12:00 I then sat in the lobby for thirty minutes while waiting for my ride. I had arrived at camp at 1:54. Once I had eaten my lunch, I then packed up the car and my mother and I went home. We had arrived home at 2:10. Once the car was unpacked, I then layed down to rest. I had slep tfrom 2:40-5:10. I then took a shower. Once I had eaten dinner, Ithen Iced my ankle for thirty minutes before pulling up my blog.
