Appointment with Dr. Seally six month checke up for my asthma

My Friday morning began at 7:30 a.m. by taking the sheets off of my my bed. I then brought them and the rest of my laundry to the laundry room. Once I had started a wash, I then returned to the kitchen so as to eat some fruit dipped in yogurt while drinking my hot cocoa. At 8:00 I then returned to the laundry room so as to fold some laundry that was in the dryer. At 8:10 Ithen went back to the kitchen so as to have a bowl of cereal with a toasted half bagel. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to the laundry room so as to put the laundry in the dryer before starting another load of laundry. At 8:22 I then went back to the kitchen so as to pick up the kitchen from breakfast before returning to my bedroom at 8:28 so as to brush my teeth. I then pout my clean laundry away. At 8:44 I then made my bed thus using clean sheets. I now have new instructions on how to use my Flovent inhaler. My doctor wants me to take two puffs. Take the first puff then wait twenty minutes and take the second puff. So that is what I did. I took my first puff at 8:54 cycled for twenty minutes. At 9:15 I then folded some more laundry that was in the dryer. I then put a load that was in the washer in the dryer. At 9:22 I then took the laundry that I had folded and put it away. At 9:35 I then took the second puff of my inhaler. I then began to do the stretches that have helped me during my last stroke. At 10:00 I then went back to the laundry room at 10:00 so as to fold the laundry that had dried in the dryer. Once I had put the third load of laundry away, I then preceded to do my back stretches. At 10:20 I then shaved before taking my shower, thus getting ready to go with my mother once she had arrived home from work. We had left the house at 12:10. Our first stop was at Wal-Mart. I had gift cards to use from Christmas.Plus I had an ongoing list of things that I needed. We then made one more stop before going to my doctors appointment for my six month asthma checkup. Could not have been at a better time so that my doctor could witness my voice being horse and scratchy sounding she had asked me if it was soor, and I replied, “no.” The nurse first took my blood pressure 112 over 66 then had me stepping on the scale. My weight was 193. She said I had lost three pounds. Keep up the cycling and maybe I will lose more. I sure do miss those morning eight mile runs I use to be able to do. The doctor then switched me over to an inhaler caled sinvacourt, so as to get rid of the hoarseness in my voice hopefully. At 1:64 we then left the doctors office. We then had stopped off at the phantom at 2:00 on the way home to see if my new inhaler was in. We had arrived home at 2:30. Once the car was unpacked, I had eaten some lunch, before laying down to rest. I then returned to my bedroom so as to put on my jams and a t-shirt brushing my teeth. I then layed down to rest. I had slept from 3:00-5:30 before waking. I then took a shower before pulling up my blog so as to type of my day.
