Joining multicultural group
My Tuesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by making my bed. I then began to do the stretches that had helped me during my most recent stroke. I then did my back stretches, before cycling for twenty minutes. At 6:00. I then returned to my bedroom so as to shave and to take my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 6:20 I then went into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit dipped in yougurt. After I had eaten a toasted blueberry muffin, I then returned to my bedroom at 6:40 to brush my teeth. I then put in my eye and nose drops before using my inhaler. I then grabbed my knapsack and went into my driveway so as to meet United Wheelchair at 7:10. I had arrived at WestSide Neurorehab at 9:00 a.m. I had gone to the client lounge so as to wait for my first therapy. At 9:15 I then went to Priyadarshi’s office to talk about the week that I had. At 10:00 I then went to Tobie’s office for my Recreational Therapy Session. Today Tobie continued to help me organize the organizer that she had given to me last week. We then reviewed how the ice fishing trip went. We then began to make my next popcycle stick project. A popcycle stick frame to put a picture in. At 11:00 I then went to the craft room for Expressive arts. Today Cec asked us if we would like to join multicultural group. Today Jamie had her group watching a video learning about India and the food they eat. At 12:00 I then went to the lobby so as to meet the United Wheelchair Driver that would be taking me home. I had arrived home at 1:10. Once inside, I had gone strait to my bedroom so as to put something more comfortable on before eating my lunch. At 1:30 I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then layed down to rest. I had slept from 1:30-4:50. Once I was up, I then had taken a shower. At 5:08 I then ate dinner before pulling up my blog, so as to type of my day.
