Using landmarks to find my way

My Wednesday morning began at 4:50 a.m. by making my bed. After doing so, I then began to do my stretches that I had learned to help me during my stoke recovery. At 5:12 I had preceded to do my back stretches. Once I was loosened up, I then cycled for twenty minutes. At 5:50 I had finished my workout. Once I had shaved and shower, I had gone into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit with fruit dip. I then had a toasted bagel with strawberry cream cheese. At 6:00 I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth I then toook my first puff of my inhaler before putting in my eye and nose drops. I then took my second puff before grabbing my knapsack. I had meet the united Wheelchair driver Buzzy in my driveway at 7:40. Upon my arrival to WestSide, Mindy had given me a blown up copy of the chart that I am to use to keep track of my flow vent recordings. At 9:00 I then went to Nancy’s office for visually impaired group. I spent the first ten minutes emailing Tim my case manager for the devision of the blind on me getting a tour of the immersion program. Then the other visually impaired client shared that she would be moving soon. We then both talked to Nancy about our service plans that we had both agreed to share the information on our goals and plan of action about one another. At 10:00 during my rehab session with Jamie we had played a game of chess then mancola. At 11:00. I then spoke about setting up a g-mail account so as to get a cell phone used with pre paid calling cards. At 12:00 I then had eaten my lunch in the lobby before meeting with Caitlyn at 1:00. We first went to a treatment room to talk. She then size me up for a longer white Cain. She then took me out into the community to practice walking. Before doing so she had given me a new pair of grippers. It is all part of the program. I thought that was a good deal. We then practiced walking on the sidewalks of Lewiston and Auburn on Icy sidewalks. While doing so I had worked on using and remembering landmarks to find my way back. We then went to Main Street and Lisbon street into different stores. ride would not be leaving until 4:00 so she had taken me to Lewiston High School. She and my case worker Tim were doing a talk. Tim had given me a date and time of my tour of the immersion program before leaving. One the way back to WestSide we had stopped at the career cent so Caitlin could pick me up a longer white Cain. I had finally had left WestSide at 3:00 and did not arrived. Home until 5:00. Once I had taken a shower I had eaten dinner before pulling my blog.
