waiting twenty minutes in between puffs

My Saturday morning began 9:30 a.m. by going into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit with fruit dip while drinking my hot cocoa. After doing so, I then returned to my bedroom at 10:07 so as to make my bed. At 10:12 I then began to do the stretches that had helped me during my latest stroke and still do to this day. At 10:30 I then went into the kitchen so as to eat some scambled eggs with a toasted blueberry muffin. At 10:40 I then went back to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth and shave. I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking the first puff of my inhaler. My doctor wants me to wait twenty minutes between each puff with my Flovent inhaler. At 10:50 I then cycled for twenty minutes . That worked out just perfect in between puffs. I then returned to my bedroom so as to take my second puff. At 11:15 I then finished doing my stretches that have helped me during my stroke. At 11:30 I then began to do my back stretches. At 11:35 I then strapped on my ankle weights and began to do my leg exercises. At 11:40 I had taken a shower. Once I was ready for the rest of my day, I then sat down at 12:12 so as to fill my empty pill containers. At 12:40 I then laid down to rest. As I was laying there at 1:06 I had experienced a sour taste in my mouth. I then felt a quick sick feeling to my stomach up into my mouth. I new at that moment that it was a sign of a small seizure. Once it had past, I then continued to rest. At 2:30 I then watched Sunday Mass on line. I then made my move in words with friends before watching a movie. At 4:20 I then got up so as to check my e-mail. I then checked my google docs to see what articles that I had already had written for the newsletter. At 4:50 I then went into the kitchen so as to eat dinner. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom at 5:17 so as to take a shower before pulling up my blog, so as to type of my day.
