Shoveling the deck
My Wednesday morning began at 8:45 a.m. I was able to sleep in due to yet another snow storm that canceled my day of therapy. I Began by taking pictures of my great grandparents that we have hanging on our wall in the hallway in our home. I will then take them to westside to add to the family tree app. AT 8:55 I had gone into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit with yogurt while drinking my hot cocoa. At 9:10 I then had a bowl of cereal with a toasted blueberry scone. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth. At 9:23 I then cycled for twenty minutes At 9:45 I then returned to my bedroom so as to do my stretches that have helped me in my last stroke. I then continued my workout with my back stretches. At 10:10 I then took my shower so as to take the sweat off me from my workout before going outside so as to shovel the deck. Once I had put my eye and nose drops in, I had used my inhaler before heading out onto the deck to start shoveling. It took me Two hours and twenty minutes to shovel the entire deck. I had finished shoveling at 12:00. I then went inside to my bedroom so as to do my back stretches once again. I then took a shower before going into the kitchen so as to have a sandwich for lunch. At 12:40 I had started the dishwasher once I had picked up the kitchen. I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then layed down to rest and slept from 12:45-4:45. I then went into the kitchen to eat dinner. I then returned to my bedroom so as to pull up blog and to type of my day.
