Painting event at WestSide
My Friday morning began at 7:50 a.m. by changing the sheets on my bed. Once my bed was made, I then began to do the stretches that have helped me during my latest stroke. At 8:10 I then began a wash before cycling. I did so for twenty minutes I then went beck to my bedroom at 8:31 to finish my stretches that have help during my stroke recovery. At 8:38 I then began to do my back stretches. At 8:40 I then hung the laundry to dry. At 8:50 I then returned to my bedroom to finish my back stretches. At 9:00 I then went back into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit dipped into yogurt. I then had peanutter and honey on two pieces of toast before returning to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth and shave. Once I had taken my shower, I then listened to my audio book at 10:00 while waiting for United Wheelchair to arrive. I had arrived to WestSide at 12:10. We all then went to the kitchen for spaghetti and meatballs for lunch. Jamie, Ashly, Carol, and Adam then had us in the conference room painting on Canvis. We watched a tutorial on line showing us how to paint a black cat sitting on a tree branch looking at the moon. Painting most of the picture was fairly easy, but the cat was a little difficult. My ride was twenty-five minutes late so I did not get on the road going home until 3:25. I then arrived home at 5:30. Once inside, I had taken a shower before eating dinner. I then returned to my bedroom at 6:10 so as to type of my day.
