My first day of Genealogy Groyp
My Monday morning began at 4:50 a.m. by making my bed. After doing so, I then preceded to do the stretches that have helped during my latest stroke. At 5:10 I then began to do my back stretches. Once I was loosened up, I then cycled for twenty minutes. At 5:40 I had returned to my bedroom so as to shave and take my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 6:10 I then went back into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit dipped into yogurt. I then had a bowl of hot cereal with a piece of toast. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom at 6:30 so as to brush my teeth. I then put in my eye and nose drops before using my inhaler. I then grabbed my knapsack and met United Wheelchair in my driveway at 7:30. Upon my arrival to WestSide Neurorehab at 9:00, I had gone to the conference room for newsletter group. Today we researched what was going on for the month March for holidays and events before chosing to write about them. I will be writing articles on St. Patricks Day, P I Day held on March 14. This has to do with Math. The beginning of baseball season on 3/20. I also have to write an article on my ice fishing experience and a poem. At 10:00 during my rehab session with Ashly, I had written the poem and a article on my ice fishing experience. At 11:00 on my first day of Genealogy group with Jessica, I had added a picture of my grandmother that I had in my photos. I now have to go home and look for pictures. At 12:00 I then left for home. I did not arrive home until 1:40 do to bringing home another client. Once I had eaten my lunch, I put on something comfortable before brushing my teeth. I then layed down to rest. I had seltpt from 2:00-5:00 before waking. I then took a shower before having a bowl of soup for dinner. I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
