Learning how to use my white Cain again during my orientation and mobility training time with Caitlyn

My Friday morning began at 8:15 a.m. by taking the sheets off of my bed. I then brought them and the rest of my dirty laundry to the laundry room so as to do my wash. Once I had a wash going, I then went back to the kitchen so as to eat some fruit dipped in yogurt while drinking my hot cocoa. At 8:45 I then toasted two slices of bread and made myself a banana sandwich. Once I had finished eating, I then went back to the laundry room so as to put the wash into the dryer. I then started another load of laundry . At 9:00 I then cycled for twenty minutes. At 9:20 I then went back to my bedroom so as to do the stretches that I had learned to help me recover form my stroke. At 9:30 I then had returned to the laundry room so as to fold the laundry in the dryer. I then put another load in the dryer before putting away the laundry I had folded. I then made my bed, thus putting on clean sheets. At 9:48 I then continued to stretch. At 9:56 I then started another wash before vacuuming my bedroom At 10:20 I then did my back stretches before folding some laundry that was in the dryer. Once I had put the laundry away. At 10:30 I then put laundry in the dryer before continuing to fold laundry and put it away. At 10:40 I then finished my back stretches in my bedroom. At 10:53 Ithen washed some dishes before returning to my bedroom so as to shave. At 11:22 I then folded some laundry in the dryer. Once it was put away, I then took a shower. Once I had my eye and nose drops in, I then took in some air. At 12:15 I then went to the kitchen so as to make myself a sandwich. Once I had finished eating, I then went to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then rested from 12:40-2:15. Caitlyn then called. See let me know that we would be going to the library during my Orientation and Mobility Training time with her, while using my white Cain for the first time since having my stroke. Catilyn had arrived at my house at 3:00. She first sat down with my parents and I to talk and explain to us what O&M training involves. She then shared with us a little bit of information about the Iris Network apartments. She was letting us know that I would be responsible for making my own breakfast and lunch, but they serve dinner at at night in a community room if you so chose to eat there.  She and I then went to the library in town. While learning how to use my white cane again. Once in the library I worked on climbing stairs and how to use the cane to tap each step. We also worked on sweeping the cane while walking.  We then looked at audio books and talked with the librarian. We then spoke about using and Uber. At 4:30 Caitlyn took me home. At 4:45 I had arrived home. She had given me my new white cane and thank her before stepping out of the car. Once inside I had taken a shower, before eating dinner. Once. Had finished eating, I then pulled up my blog and began to type of my day.
