Playing checkers with Marie during a rehab session

My Monday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by making my bed. After doing so, I then began to do the stretches that have helped during my last stroke. I then continued to stretch by doing my back stretches. Once I was loosened up, I then took my first puff of my Flovent inhaler. At 5:30 I then cycled for twenty minutes. At 5:55 I had completed my workout.  I then went back to my bedroom so as to take the second puff of my inhaler At 6:00 I had shaved before taking my shower. Once I was ready for the day ahead, I had gone into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit, dipped into yogurt. I then toasted a bagel to have with strawberry cream cheese. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom so as to continue to get ready for my day. I had left the house at 7:30. Upon my arrival to WestSide Neurorehab at 9:15 I had gone to the conference room for the rest of newsletter group. I had emailed the articles to Carina that I had already written to be put in the newsletter. I then continued to work on the articles that I have left to write about. The beginning of baseball season and St. Patricks Day. At 10:00 during my rehab session with Marie I had played three games of checkers. At 11:00 during geniology group I went on the apt so as to continue to look up my ansesters. This week I have to find out the birth day of my grandparents on my mothers side. At 12:00 I then went to the lobby so as to leave for home. I had arrived home at 1:30 after dropping another client off along the way. Once inside the house I had eaten my lunch. I then went to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 2:00-5:500 before waking. I had taken a shower before going into the kitchen so as to have a bowl of soup. I then returned to my bedroom at 5:30 so as to pull up my blog and type of my day.
