Making Brownies with John

My Tuesday morning began at at 4:00 a.m.  by taking my laundry to the laundry room so a to start a wash. I then returned to my apartment so as to make my bed. At 4:11 I then had a fruit cup After doing so, I then fixed myself a bowl of cereal with banana. At 4;38 After taking my pro omega pill, I then brushed my teeth and shaved. At 4:52 I then washed my dishes before starting in with my stroked stretches. At 5:12 I then started in with my back stretches. At 5:25 I then put the wash in the dryer. At 5:30 I then cycleyed for twenty minutes before using the incline board at 5:52. I then used the chess press. At 6:00 I had grabbed the free weights so as to do my weight exercises. At 6:03 I was back to my apartment. Once I had taken a shower, I had put in my nose drops. I then iced my back. At 6:55 I then retrieved the laundry from the the laundry room. I then brought it back to my apartment to fold and pu put.. At 8:15 I then went to the lobby to wait for my ride. As I was doing, Mark came with a box filled with glazed donuts. Mark had offered me one as I was sitting in the lobby. As I was finished my donut United Wheelchair had arrived. Upon my arrival to WestSide at 8:40 I had sat in the lobby and waited. AT 9:15 Priyadarshi came into the lobby to get me. After our chat, I then We spoke about ways to help me remember to sing in as I go to the gym. We also talk about the publishing websites on amazon. At 10;00 during my recreational therapy time with Mat we talked about different ways to publish my book. We then watched a video. At 11:00 during my nursing session with Sally. We had gone into the community so as to get stated i.d. We were able to get the forms, nut there was no time to fill it out. So we brought it back. I never had a ride to take me back so, I waited until 1:00 for John to take me back. During our home visit at 1:00, John and I made brownies, so that I could start to paean how to use my oven. In doing so, I worked on my memory Aet 3:00 John. Left. I then went to the kitchen to get my meal. At 3:1o I had taken a shower before making myself a salad. I had finished eating my salad a t 3:05. I then ate my dinner. At 4:28 I then washed my dishes and picked up before pulling up my blog at 4:38.
