out in the community
My Friday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by eating some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. I then fixed myself a bowl of cereal. Once I had finished eating, I then picked up my kitchen. Once things were clean, I then brushed my teeth and shaved. At 6:06 I had made my bed. At 6:10 I then began to stretch. Once I had finished my stroke recovery stretches, I then took the pill for my eyes. At I then began to do my back stretches. At 6:45 I then made my way to the fitness room. At 6:50 I started to cycle for twenty minutes going 2.75 miles. I then held a calf stretch for five minutes before using the chest press. I then grabbed the seven pound free weights and did the exercises that I have been doing since I left the hospital. At 7:18 I then returned to my apartment. Once I had taken a shower, and was ready to go, I then put the heat pack on my back and eyes for ten minutes. I then put the ice pack on my back for ten minutes. I then made out my grocery list. At 8:30 I went to the lobby. I then left with Schooner transportation. Nancy had taken me to the eye doctors first so that I could have my glasses tightened. At 9:45 we had left the eye doctors. Nancy then took me to hanaford so that I could do some grocery shopping. I had arrived there at 10:00 to shop. Once I had finished shopping Nancy had to go make a couple fo more pick ups before going back to Schooner. At 11:36 I had brought my grocery’s into my apartment. Once they were put away, I then went into the village green to eat my lunch. After doing so, I then went back to my apartment. At 1:00 I then went back to my apartment. Once I had brushed my teeth, I then lied down to rest. I had slept from 1:25-4:48. Once I had made myself a salad I then sat down to eat. At 5:35 I then took a shower before pulling up my blog and typing of my day.
