After a three minute stretch, I then used the chest press. At 9:20 I had grabbed the seven pound dumbbells and began to do my weight exercises. At 9:25 I then returned to my apartment. Once I had taken a shower, I then st. Mary”s Hospital to preregister for Monday’s cardio echo gram. Once my teeth were brushed, I then lied down to rest. I had slept from until 3:30 before being awoke by a knock on my door. It was a maintenance man come to fix the ring on my shower. I finished watching a Christmas movie on Hal-mark before taking a shower at 4:00. Once I was comfortable for the evening, I then sat down and pulled up my blog and began to type of my day.
