My Sunday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by watching the news. At 6:30 I then watched Sunday mass until 7:30. I then went back to sleep until 11:00. Once I had my fruit and a cup of hot coca, at 11:08 I then I then had a bowl of oatmeal with a slice of toast. At 11:23 I then brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. Once I had taken in two puffs of air with my inhaler, at 11:33 I had made my bed. At 11:40 I began do my back stretches. At 11:50 I then did the stretches that I have doing since having my stroke. At 12:00 my mother arrived home from church and gave me communion. At 12:10 I then began to do my thera band exercises to strengthen my arms and legs. At 12:30 I then did my Mendeshem swallows five of them holding for five seconds. At 12:33 I then used my hand grips, gripping them for thirty seconds for five time. At 12:40 I then studied the parts of the brain and their functions. At 1:20 I spoke to a friend while drinking some Lemon aid. At 2:00 I then did a word search for thirty second before going into the formal living room to talk with my parents and sister. At 2:50 I had taken a shower, so as to get comfortable for the evening. At 3:15 I then sat down to eat dinner with my parents and sister. At 3:45 I then brushed my teeth before pulling up my blog and typing of my day.
