My Friday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by taking two tylenols for the pain in my right leg. I slept until 10:30 before waking, After eating my fruit whiling drinking a cup of hot apple cider, at 10:50 I had an english muffin with jams along with a scrambled egg and some banana. Once I had finished eating, I then At 11:15 I then brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. After taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler, at 11:27 I then made my bed. At 11:30 I began to do my constant therapy. At 12:00 I then watched the news at noon. While doing so I did my back stretches. At 12:24 I began to do my stretches that I have been doing since having my stroke. At 12:34 I began to do my thera band exercises to strengthen my arms and legs. At 12:45 I then used my hand grips squeezing them as hard as I could for thirty seconds for three times. At 12:50 I then shaved At 1:00 I then strapped on my ankle weights and began to do my leg exercises. At 1:11 I had grabbed on my five pound dumbbells and began to do upper body exercises. At 1:15 I then ended my workout by doing another set of back stretches. At 1:30 I then lied down to rest. I slept until 3:30 before waking and taking a shower, so as to get comfortable for the evening. At 4:00 I then ate my salad. At 4:15 I then ate my dinner. At 5:10 I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
