Just another Sunday workout

My Sunday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by eating my fruit while drinking a cup of hot cocoa. At 6:17 I then had a bowl of ceral with an english muffin with peanut-butter and honey. At 6:40 I then brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose dropped. After taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler, I then at 7:00 watched church. At 7:30 I went back to sleep until 10:00 a.m. I woke. After making my bed, I began to do my back stretches. At 10:28 I then did my stretches that I have been doing since having my stroke. At 10:40 I began to do my constant therapy. At 11:00 I then grabbed my dumbbells and began to do my upper body exercises. After doing so, I then strapped on my ankle weights and began to do my leg exercises. At 11:36 I then used my hand grips squeezing them five times for thirty seconds each time. At 11:40 my mother arrived home, giving me communion. I then did my thera band exercises for my arms and legs. At 11:47 I did my back stretches one more time before ending my workout. I then did my mendelham swallow's. At 11:35 I then had a bol of soup. After brushing my teeth, I then took a shower. At 1:30 I then lied down to rest. I slept until 3:35. I then woke. After eating dinner, I then brushed my teeth and typed of my day.
