Meeting with Sam

 My Wednesday morning began at 9:00 a.m. by drinking a cup of hot coco whiles eating some fruit. After eating a bowl of cereal with banana along with an english muffin, I then At 9:30 I had brushed my teeth and shaved. After taking a shower and getting dressed for the day, I then put in my eye and nose drops. After taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler, I then did my back stretches. At 10:30 I then began to do my constant therapy. At 11:45 United Wheelchair had arrived to take my to Neuro Restorative. Upon my arrival at 12:15, I sat in the lobby for fifteen minutes before going to Carinas office for speech therapy. Once she had me connected to the e-stem, she then turned it on as I began to eat. As I was eating she slowing turned the amps up, and I am able to tolerate higher level each and every session. At 1:00 I then went to the gym for my P.T. Session wit Dan. We began our session by walking three laps around the hallway. We then went back into the gym and I then rode the Nu Step for fifteen minutes. I then went into the parallel bars to do some leg exercises. At 2:00 during my O.T. Session with Laurie we met with Sam from the division of the blind. Today we discussed filling pill containers, so as not to drop pills on the floor. Sam brought in trays to put my pills in to try. At 3:00 I then left to go home. Upon my arrival home at 4:30 I went strait to the chiropractors to get my back adjusted. After doing so, I arrived home at 5:45. After taking a shower and getting comfortable for the evening, I then ate dinner. At 6:30 I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
