My Friday morning began at 10:30 a.m. by eating my fruit while drinking a cup of hot apple cider. At 10:52 I then had a banana sandwich with Nutella and peanut-butter. At 11:10 I then brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. After taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler, I then at 11:15 made my bed. At 11:30 I began to do my constant therapy. At 12:00 I then watched the news at noon. At 12:20 I then shaved before doing my back stretches. At 12:38 I then did the stretches that I have been doing since I had my stroke. At 12:45 I began to do my thera band exercises so as to strengthen my arms and legs. At 12:52 I then used my hand grips to strengthen my hands. At 12:56 I then I had grabbed my five pound dumbbells and began to do my weight workout. At 1:00 I had strapped on my ankle weights and began to do my leg exercises. At 1:05 I had ended my workout by doing another set of back stretches. At 1:15 I had filled my empty pill containers. At 1:33 I then did my typing test to improve my typing speed. At 2:00 I then watched a movie on Netflix. At 2:27 I then took a shower, so as to get comfortable for the evening. At 2:50 I then ate my salad before eating my dinner. Once I had finished eating, at 4:12 I had pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
