Reading My Lenten Companion
My Sunday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by watching the news. At 6:30 I then watched church until 7:30 before going back to sleep. I had slept until 11:00 before getting up to drink a cup of hot cocoa while eating my fruit. At 11:10 I then had a bowl of cereal with banana along with English muffin with jams spread on them. Once I had finished eating, At 11:30 I then brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. After taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler, at 11:57 I then made my bed. At 12:10 I then did my upper weight exercises. At 12:20 I then strapped on my ankle weights to do my leg exercises. At 12:25 I then used my hand grips, At 12:30 my mother had arrived home from church and gave me communion. I then read my Lenten Companion, a book with prayers to read every day during lent. At 1:00 I began to do my constant therapy. At 1:40 I then shaved before filling my empty pill container. At 2:07 I then did my back stretches. At 2:20 I began to do my typing exercises. At 3:10 I then took a shower to get comfortable for the evening before eating my salad. At 3:45 I then ate my dinner. After doing so, I had brushed my teeth before pulling up my blog at 4:35 and typing of my day.
