Keeping in shape

 My Saturday morning began at 10:30 a.m. by eating my fruit while drinking a cup of hot cider. At 10:45 I then had a bowl of cereal with banana, along with a toasted biscuits with jams spread on them. At 11:00 I then brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. After taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler, I then made my bed. At 11:25 A friend had called. We spoke briefly, I then at 11:40 began to do my constant theapy. At 12:21 I had began to do my back stretches. At 12:30 I then shaved before using my Gand grips. At 12:50 I began to do my thera band workout. Strengthening my arms and legs. I then began to work my upper body with my five pound dumbbells. I then strapped on my ankle weights to work my legs. I ended my workout out by doing my back stretches one more time. After doing Mendel on stretches for my throat to help my swallowing, At 2:25 I lied down to rest. I slept until 3:30 before waking and taking a shower. Once I was comfortable for the evening, at 3:55 I then had eaten a salad. After doing so, I had eaten my dinner. At 5:00 I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
