A visit with my grandmother
My Sunday morning began at 8:00 a.m. by shaving. I then wen into the kitchen so sa to drink my hot cocoa while eating some fruit. After doing so, I then had a bowl of oatmeal with half english muffin. At 8:30 I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. At 8:40 I then began to do my stretches that have helped each morning since having my last stroke. After doing so, I then continued stretching by doing my back stretches. At 9:02 I had taken a shower. At 9:30 I then put a heat pack then ice pack on my back, ten minutes each. At 10:00 I then left the house with my mother. She had dropped me off at the Pierce House, so that I could visit with my grandmother. Something, I do not get to do as often as I use to. Once I was in her room, we talked about things, how each other was doing, along with some other things, waiting for my mother to arrived. My mother had arrived at 11:30. Once she had given us communion, we stayed until 11:44. At 11:45 my mother and I went to Walgreens To buy a card. At 12:00 we then went to Hanaford before arriving home at 12:30. Once the car was unpacked, I then put on something more comfortable. I then sat down to fill my empty pill containers for the week. At 1:25 I then had some lunch before brushing my teeth and laying down to rest. I had slept from 1:47-4:40 before waking. I then went into the kitchen so as to eat dinner. I then returned to my bedroom so as to pull up my blog and type of my day.
