Getting your work out there
My Monday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by making my bed. I then fixed myself a bowl of cereal At 6:10 I then washed my dishes and picked up the kitchen. At 6:20 I then shaved and took a shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. Once I had my eye and nose drops in, I then used my inhaler. At 6:44 I then put heat and ice on my back. At 7:15 I then took a walk to the village green with my father so as to let Heather know, that I would not be here for lunch and would like to eat dinner later on. My father and I then went to the lobby to wait for my ride. I then said good-bye to my father and we both were on our way. Upon my arrival to WestSide at 8:35 a.m. I had sat in the client lounge until 9:00. I then went to the conference room for news letter group. Today I wrote aa article. On wreaths across America. I then emailed it to Jessica to put in the news letter. Before the the group ended I told Jessica that I would Like next week off. She then let me know that she would tell Steven my case manager. At 10:00 I then exercises during yoga group with Marie. After my lunch break at 1:00 I had gone to Tobie’s office for recreational therapy group with Tobie. Once I had taken a shower, I then went to the village green to eat. At 6:00 I was back in my apartment. Once I was comfortable, I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
