Friday The Thirteenth

My Friday morning began at 5:50 a.m. by eating some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. I then fixed myself a bowl of cereal. Once I had finished eating, I then brushed my teeth and shaved. At 6:20 I had washed my dishes and picked uP my kitchen before making some ice. At 6:35 I then started in with my stretches that I have been doing since having my stroke. After doing so, I then did my back stretches before taking my laundry to the laundry room. Once I had a wash started, At 6:10 I then went to the fitness room to start cycling. I did so fro twenty minutes before holding a calf stretch. At 7:30 I had three sets of twenty using the chest press. At 7:35 I had grabbed the seven pound weights so as to continue my weight exercises. At 7:40 I then put the wash in the dryer before heading back to my apartment. Once I had taken a shower, At 8:00 I then put heat and ice on my back. At 8:35 I then called United Wheelchair to see If I had a ride scheduled. I did not. I then called Westside and I was put on another company that in the end never showed up. She let me know that this never should have happened. Nancy from Schooner Transportation then took me to WestSide. Upon my arrival for 9:00 a.m. with Chandler We had first made some practice shots before playing around the world and out. We soon arrived back to WestSide at 12:00 Nancy from Schooner then took me back. Once being dropped off at the village green I had got my meal to go and went to my apartment. My mother had called to let me know that she was there. She then came up with another cart to put things in. We then brought them to the car. We then then were on the road to stay at my sisters in Scarborough. She and a friend went to a function over night while we stayed with her dog. Once we had settled, My mother and I had played a game. At 5:00 I then took a shower getting comfortable before eating dinner with my mother. I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
