Looking up templates for my book during a rehab session with Mat
My Thursday morning bean at 4:30 a.m. by making my bed. After doing so, I then ate some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. I then fixed myself a bowl of cereal with a banana, along with a half toasted english muffin. At 4:57 I then washed my dishes and picked up my kitchen. At 5:03 I then began to do the stretches that have helped me every morning since having my most recent stroke. At 5:15 I then back to do my back stretches. Once I had brushed my teeth, at 5:30 I then walked over to the fitness room. At 6;45 I had cycled for twenty minutes before holding a calf stretch. I then used the chest press. After three reps of twenty, I then, I then grabbed the seven pound dumbbells to do my weight exercises. At 6:15 I had returned to my apartment so as to shave and take a shower. At 6:50 I then put heat and ice on my back, ten minutes each. At 7:30 I then did some reading before taking to my father who had called. At 8:45 I then went to the lobby to meet the United Wheelchair driver who would be picking me up. Dick form United was there waiting. I had arrived at WestSid eat 8:55. At 9:00 I had gone to the conference room for success group. Today Becca and I had played two games of chess. We each won a game. At 10:00 during healthy brain group we first played red herring, then Kala and Becca had us playing word scapes. At 11:00 during my rehab session with Mat, we first Emailed my book to Tobie. We then looked at templates under book design templates.com. We then started the summary that is put on the back of the book. At 12:00 I then went to the lobby to meet the United Wheelchair driver who would be taking me home. Upon my arrival to the village green, I had eaten my lunch before returning to my apartment at 1:00. Once my teeth were brushed, I then called the receptionist to set up transportation to hanaford tomorrow. I will be leaving my apartment at 2:00. At 1:40 I then lied down to rest. I had slept until 4:00 before waking. Once I had taken a shower, I then fixed myself a bowl of soup. Once I had finished eating, I then washed my dishes. At 5:00 I then pulled up my blog and began to type of my day.
