Watching “The Santa Claus”

My Sunday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by eating some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. After doing so, I then had a bowl of cereal with a banana. At 6:30, I then brushed my teeth before washing my dishes and piking up my kitchen. At 6:45 I then shaved. After doing so, I then went back to bed and slept from 7:00-9:00 before waking. Once I had my bed made, I then began to do my stretches. Once I had completed my stroke recover stretches, I then began to do my back stretches. At 9:50 I then went to the fitness room to continue my workout. Once I had cycled for twenty minutes, I then held a calf stretch while standing on the incline board. At 10:30 I then did three sets of twenty pushes on the chest press. At 10:30 I then grabbed the ten pound straight bar and began to do some exercises before grabbing the seven pound dumbbells. At 10:33 I had returned to my apartment so as to shave
and take a shower. At 10:45 I then put in my eye and nose drops before filling my empty pill containers. At 11:30 I then put heat and ice on my back ten minutes each. At 12:00 I then went to the village green to eat. Once I had finished eating, I had returned to my apartment at 12:57. Once I had crushed my teeth and put on something more comfortable, I lied down to rest. I had slept from 1:15-5:20. I then played words with friends while watching the movie,  “The Santa Claus.” At 4:30 I then made myself a salad. Once I had finished eating it, I had taken a shower. At 4:57 I then pulled up my blog and began to type of my day.
