My Friday morning began 5:30 a.m. by eating my last english muffin pizza and finishing up my salad. I then washed my dishes and o picked up. At. 6:07 I then made my bed. At 6:10 I then brushed my teeth and shaved. At 6:30 I then began to the stretches that I had learned to help me during my latest stroke. At 6:43 I then began to do my back stretch’s. At 6:57. I then took my shower so as to get ready for the day ahead. At 7:15 I then put heat and ice on my back ten minutes each. At 8:00 I then went to the lobby. As I was waiting, I had called and found out that I was not on the schedule and last night I was. Just does not make any Sense. I then called WestSide and talked with Pat. She took care of things. Becca had stopped by on her way to Auburn recreation. Upon our arrival to Westside, during my rehab session with Becca, we had played two games of chess. At we then left for Auburn Recreation with some other clients. Today Becca had us playing around the world and horse after a few warm up shots. At 11:00 we had returned to WestSide. I played chess with Becca while other played cribbage. At 12:00 I then left WestSide. Upon my arrival to Schooner Estates, I had eatin my lunch. At 12:30 I then had a sour taste in my mouth and sick feeling to my stomach as though I was having a seizure. Once I had finished eating, I had returned to my apartment at 1:00. Upon arrival my mother had called who was out in the parking lot waiting for me. Once I had brushed my teeth, I then grabbed my things and went to meet my mother. She had then drove us home. I would be there for the week. We arrived home at 2:30. Once the car was unpacked, at 3:16 I then wrapped some gifts. I then put name take on some gifted that were already wrapped. At 3:57 I then began to place gifts under the tree. At 4:30 I then put ice and heat on my back. At 5:00 I then had a bowl of soup. At 5:50 I then pulled up my blog and began to type of my day.
