My last home visit with John

My Tuesday morning began at a.m. by eating some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. After doing so, I then fixed myself a bowl of cereal with banana at 4:50 I then made my bed. After doing so, I then brushed my teeth and shaved before starting in with the stretches that have helped me in my most recent stroke. At 5:28 I then began to do my back stretches. At 5:42 I then went to the gym to continue my workout. Once I had cycled for twenty minutes, I then held a calf stretch. I then grabbed the ten pound strait bar. At 10:17 I then used the chest press. After three sets of twenty. I then grabbed the seven pound dumbbells to continue my weight exercises. At 6:18 I had returned to my apartment. At 6:22 I then took a shower. At 6:40 I then washed my dishes. At 6:48 I then took my laundry to the laundry room so as to start a wash. At 7:00 I then wrote out my Christmas letter. At 7:48 I had put my wash ing the dryer. Before going to the lobby. At 9:00 Annie from United Wheelchair had arrived. I had arrived at WestSide at 9:10. During my session with Priyadarshi we chatted before filling out some forms. At 10:00 I then went to Tobie’s office at 10:00 for my recreational therapy session. Today Tobie and I tried to figure out how to log into AOL account to get my mail. It seem to be not loading. I am unable to see my emails. I need to look into my mail to get a specific email. At 11:00 At 11:00 I had talked to John about an onion on my pizza. During my nursing session, I had gone to Carina’s office for coverage. She was my speech therapist when I first arrived to WestSide. Today she helped me first with medical mail. She then called St. Mary’s to confirm my appointment. Carina then mentioned to be about an EMST 150. It is suppose to strengthen your lungs and airway. Mine was damaged in my last stroke and still have problems with it to this day. The letters stand for Expatory Muscle Strength Trainer. We then checked on the bone density scan that I have to go for. My ride is all set. The medication I am on for my seizures causes osteoporosis. At 12:00 I then went tot the lobby to meet the United Wheelchair driver who would be taking me back. I had arrived in the Village Green at 12:15. Once I had finished eating, I then went back to my apartment. At 1:15 John had arrived. It was our last home visit. Today I would be making english muffin pizzas while doing so, John had me cut up and onion and sauté it to add a little challenge to the task. Once my english muffins were done, John helped me with my phone. At 2:30 John and I agreed that this would be our last visit. He then left. At 2:45 I then went to get my laundry. Once it was folded and put away, at 3:00 I washed my dishes and picked up. At 3:12 I then lied down to rest. I had slept until 5:00 before waking. I then made myself a salad to eat with my pizza. At 5:36 I then washed my dishes and picked up. At 6:00 I then pulled up my blog and began to type of my day.
