At 5:00 I then brushed my teeth At 5:08 I then began to do my stretches that I have been doing since having my most recent stroke. At 5:22 I then shaved before doing my back stretches. At 5:40 I then made my way to the gym. At 5:50 I then spent twenty minutes cycling venture. At 6:10 I then held a calf stretch. At 6:15 I then did three sets of twenty on the chest press. I then gabbed the seven pound dumbbells and began to do my weight exercises. I then did some walking in the halls before returning to my apartment at 6:27. Once I had taken a shower, At 6:50 I then put heat and ice on my back ten minutes each. I then put my eye and nose drops in before taking in some air. At 7:45 my mother had called, we had discussed me going with her to spend the night at my sisters this weekend with her leaving Friday afternoon. At 8:00 I then did some reading while waiting to leave. At 9:30 I then went to the. Lobby. Annie was there waiting to take me to WestSide. Upon my arrival for 9:00 a.m. I had met with Tobie for my recreational therapy session. During our session, we chose a template that I purchased to follow for the layout of my book. We had to connect to my book design the spark 2.0 on Tobie’s desktop computer, because all my work is on there. They will send me and email confirmation. At 11:00 I then went to Sally’s office for my nursing session. Together we called St. Mary’s hospital for scheduling a bone density test for December 18 at 2:30. We then called Legisticare to schedule my ride there with United Wheelchair. My pick up time is between 1:15-2:00. We then opened my new insurance card. We then called L.A. Internal Medicing about another test my doctor wants me to have. The answer that I received was, “no plans yet.” At 11:45 while we were meeting the power went out. Sally has no windows in her office, so I grabbed my things and she grabbed my hand and helped me out to the conference where everyone was gathering, because there are windows and light. I had played Uno with some clients while waiting to leave. At 12:00 Annie had arrived. The power went out because there was a car hit a telephone down the street from WestSide.  Upon my arrival back to Schooner Estates at 12:05, I had eaten my lunch, before returning to my apartment.
