Looking at the outline of my upcoming family meeting with Chandler
My Wednesday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by eating a bowl of cereal with a half toasted english muffin. At 6:25 I then washed to my dishes. After doing so, I then brushed my teeth. At 6:38 I then began to do my stretches that have helped me during my latest stroke. At 6:43 I then started in with my back stretches. At 7:08 I then went to the fitness room to continue with my workout. At 7:15 I then cycled for twenty minutes. After using the incline board so as to stretch my calves, I then used the chest press. After three sets of twenty reps, I then grabbed the seven pound dumbbells to do my weight exercises. I then did a little walking in the hallways for ten minutes. At 7:50 I then returned to my apartment, so as to take a shower. I then put heat and ice on my back. At 9:00 I had grabbed my knapsack and went to the lobby to wait for United Wheelchair to arrive. Dick had arrived at 9:00. I had arrived at 9:20. During my rehab session with Chandle he showed me the outline of the family meeting that I will be having. At 11:00 I then went to the Priyadarshi’s office for Mindfulness and meditation group. We first talked about stress before doing a meditation/relaxation. At 12:00 I then went to the lobby. I had arrived at the Village Green at 12:10. After a tossed salad, I then ate my meal. I had returned to my apartment at 1:00. Once I had brushed my teeth, I then took a shower. At 1:26 I then started two loads of laundry. At 1:34 I then returned to my apartment. I had slept until 4:00 before waking. I then went to the laundry room put my laundry in the dryer. I then returned to my apartment to make out a grocery list. At 5:00 I then made myself something to eat. Once I had finished eating, I then went to the laundry room at 5:22 so as to get my laundry. I then folded and put it away. Once my dishes were washed, I had taken a shower. At 6:00 I then pulled up my blog and began to type of my day.
