Playing a game of chess with Becca

My Thursday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by eating some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. I then fixed myself a bowl of cereal with a banana. Once I had finished eating, at 6:00 I had brushed my teeth and shaved before starting in with my stretches that I have been doing since having my stroke. At 6:30 I then began to do my back stretches. I then made my way to the fitness room after doing so. At 6:50 I had cycled for ten  minutes before doing three reps of twenty on the chest press. I then grabbed the seven pound dumbbells and continued with my weight exercises. At 7:10 I was back in my apartment. Once I had washed my dishes, I then took a shower, so as to get ready for my day. At 7:20 I then put heat ad ice packs on my back, ten minutes each. I then grabbed my knapsack and went to the lobby so as the meet the United Wheelchair Driver who would be taking me to WestSide. Upon my arrival to WestSide for 8:30 a.m. I had sat in the lobby waiting for my first session. During my rehab session with Becca, We had played chess. At 10:00 I then went to the conference room with Becca for healthy brain group. Becca  and Kala had had us playing red herring. At 11:00 I then went to Tobie’s office for recreational therapy. Today we first spoke about writing articles for Hope Magazine. Tobie then had me sign Matt’s card. All the staff and clients that he worked with signed it. He is finishing up school and becoming a recreational therapist. I then researched and wrote and article for the news letter. Wreathes crossed America. At 12:00 Cheryle had brought me back to Schooner Estates. Upon my arrival to the village green, I had eaten before making my way back to my apartment at 1:15. Once I had brushed my teeth and washed my face, I had called my mother abut  the weekend. She let me know that she would be picking my up at noon and to get my meal to go. I then went back to the village green to let Linsey know. She then let me know that she would write a note to let the nursing staff know. At 2:11 I then left for the chiropractor. It was a quick in and out appointment. Schooner then brought me back. Upon my arrival at 3:43 I had cooked myself up some spaghetti. Once I had finished eating, I then took a shower at 5:00. At I then pulled up my blog, so as to type of my day.
