A day spent with Dad
My Saturday morning began at 7:30 a.m. by eating some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. At 7:55 I then fixed myself a bowl of cereal with banana with a piece of chocolate bread. At 8:06 I then brushed my teeth and shaved. At 8:26 I then washed my dishes and picked up my kitchen. At 8:35 Once I had made my bed, I then began to do my stretches that have helped each morning since having my last stroke. At 9:16 I then began to do my back stretches. At 9:30 I then took my laundry to the laundry room so as to start a load of laundry. At 9:37 I then filled my empty pill containers. At 9:50 my father had called to let me know that they will be leaving at 11:00 and will be here around 12:00 or a little after. At 10:05 I then called the pharmacy to order my inhaler. At 10:15 I then made my way to the fitness room. At 10:20 I then cycled for twenty minutes going 2.62 miles. At 10:45 I then held a calf stretch. At 10:45 I then grabbed the ten pound dumbbells and began to do my weight exercises. At 10:50 I then used the chest press. After three sets of twenty presses. I then grabbed the ten bar straight and worked out with that. At 10:55 I then walked around the hallways for a while before putting my laundry in dryer. At 11:05 I then returned to my apartment. Once I had taken a shower, I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking two puffs of my inhaler. At 11:35 I then put a heat pack on my back for ten minutes. At 12:00 My parents had arrived. I then went to get my laundry before leaving with them. At 12:16 we had arrived at my aunts, so as to drop my mother off. She was to go to a play with my aunt and her friend Lisa. Before doing so, we went to look at a home. My father and I went back to my apartment to get my glasses before going out to eat. After a bowl of clam chowder and a salad we then went to Wal-mart to walk around. While there we met up with a friend and I also saw a nurse that works at Schooner Estates. At 3:15 we had left Wal-mart. At 3:25 we had arrived back at my apartment. At 3:40 I then folded my laundry and put it away. At 4:00 my father left to go to my aunts to pick my mother up. At 4:12 I then watched Sunday Mass. At 4:40 I then had taken a shower before going to the village green to eat. At 6:15 I then returned to my apartment. Once I was comfortable. I then pulled up my blog and began to type of my day.
