Sorry!!!

My Friday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by eating some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. After doing so, I then fixed myself a bowl of cereal with a piece of toast. At 5:20 Once I had finished eating, I then brushed  my teeth and shaved before going to the fitness room to exercise. At 5:35 I then cycled for twenty minutes before holsing a calf stretch for five minutes. At 5:58 I then used the chets press. After three sets of twenty presses, I then grabbed the seven pound dumbbells. And wrapped up my workout in the fitness work. I then returned to my apartment at 6:15 and began to do my stretches that I have been doing since having my last stroke. I then continued to stretch by doing my back stretches. At 6:34 I had washed my dishes before taking my shower and getting ready for the day a ahead. At 7:00 I then ordered my medication before sitting down, so as to watch some news while waiting to leave. At 8:00 I then made my way to the lobby to meet United Wheelchair. As I was waiting my ride was not showing up. I was not the only client at WestSide that came across with  this complication this morning. We were scheduled to watch the crash real today, but watched it last night instead. You get the picture. So upon my arrival to WestSide for 9:00 during a rehab session with Becca, we had played three games of chess. At 10:00 during a two hour cognitive skills group, Becca had us first playing skip-bo. At 10:45 we then played the game sorry. At 11:40 we then played Yahtzee. At 12:00 my ride had taken me back to my apartment. I had arrived in my apartment at 12:20. I then fixed myself something to eat. Once I had finished eating, I had brushed my teeth and lied down to rest. I had slept from 12:55-3:40. Jackie at the front desk had called to let me know that my medication was there for me to pick up. At 4:00 I then took a shower. I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day before eating dinner.
