Going out into the community with John

My Wednesday morning morning began at 5:00 a.m. by drinking my hot cocoa while eating some fruit. After doing so, I then fixed myself a bowl of cereal with a piece of toast. Once I had finished eating, at 5:30 I had filled my empty pill containers for the week ahead. At 6:00 I had brushed my teeth and shaved. At 6:11 I then made my bed before doing my dishes. Once my kitchen was picked up, at 6:44, I began to do my stretches that have helped me each morning since having my last stroke. I then preceded to do my back stretches. At 7:00 I had taken a shower before putting in my eye and nose drops. I then took puffs of my inhaler before putting a heat pack on my back. After doing so, I went to the lobby to meet Annie, The United Wheelchair driver who would be taking me to WestSide. Upon my arrival to WestSide, I had sat in the client lounge for thirty minutes before meeting with John. Today John and I went out in the community, so as to put minutes on my phone. While at Wal-Mart, we had sat in the Dunk-in Doughnuts to have a hot chocolate and a pastry. We had returned back to WestSide 10:00 a.m. I had gone to the conference room for seated yoga group. Today Marie had us following a fusion fitness workout. After doing so, at 11:00 I had gone to Priyadarshi's office for mindfulness and meditation graoup. Today we spoke about stabilizers and mobilizers before engaging into a practice. At 12:00 I then went to the lobby to meet Annie who would be taking me back. On my way back Annie had informed me that United would not be in operation do to the snow storm we will be having. Upon my arrival into my apartment, I had made myself some lunch. At 12:50 my mother had called, we spoke briefly. I had let her know that my sister would be coming this weekend. At 1:00 I then brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept until 4:10. Once I had taken a shower, I then pulled up my blog and typing of my day before eating dinner.
