Marie leading our Yoga workout
My Wednesday morning began at 6:30 a.m. by making my bed. After doing so, I then had some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. I then fixed myself a bowl of cereal to go with half english muffin. Once I had picked up the kitchen, I then began to do my back stretches. I then preceded to do my stretches that I have been doing since having my last stroke before taking a shower and getting ready for my day ahead. At 8:00 I then grabbed my knapsack and went to the Camden living room to wait for United Wheelchair to arrive. While waiting, I then ask Sue the receptionist to put down for transportation tomorrow afternoon at 2:00 to go grocery shopping. United soon arrived to take me to WestSide. Upon my arrival at 8:45, I sat in the lobby briefly waiting for my rehab session with Becca. At 9:00 Becca and I went to a treatment room to play three games of chess. At 10:00 I then went to the conference room for Yoga group. Today Marie had us first following a workout online until the internet started to act up. Marie then just led us in a workout of her own. At 11:00 I then went to Priyadarshi's office for mindfulness and medication. Today we first checked in on how meditation and being mindful has help us over the week. We then engaged in a meditation practice. At 12:00 I then went to the lobby to meet my ride. Upon my arrival in my to apartment, Marylin was there changing the sheets on my bed. At 12:45 I then ate my lunch. After doing so, I then brushed my teeth and lied down to rest. I had slept from 1:00-3:50. Once I had taken a shower, I then went to the village green to eat. At 6:00 I then went back to my apartment. Once I had put on something more comfortable, I then pulled up my blog and began to type of my day.
