Playing cribbage
My Saturday morning began at 7:10 a.m. by eating some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. I then toasted myself half of a english muffin with my bowl of hot cereal. At 7:35 I then washed my dishes and put them away before brushing my teeth and shaving. At 7:55 I had put in my eye and nose drops before taking two puffs of my symbicort inhaler. At 8:00, I then went back to bed and slept until 10:20. As I was laying there slowly waking up, I had grabbed my phone, so as to call my mother. We had talked until until 10:36 before hanging up. I then got ready and went to the fitness room. At 10:50 I began to cycle and did so for twenty minutes before, holding a calf stretch for two minutes. At 10:50 I had cycled for twenty minutes before holding a calf stretch for ten minutes. At 11:15 I then used the chest press. After three sets of twenty presses, at 11:00 I had grabbed the seven pound dumbbells to continue my weight exercises. At 11:25 I had done some walking for five minutes before returning to my apartment at 11:30. Once I had taken a shower, At 12:00 I then made myself a salad. At 12:18 I then sat down to eat my salad and a yogurt. At 12:40 I then washed my dishes before laying down to rest. I then watched this weekends Sunday Mass. before laying down to rest once again. This time, I had slept from 1:40-3:30. I then watched netflix until 4:00 before taking a shower. At 4:15, I then went to the Village Green to play cribbage, While waiting to eat. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my apartment. Once I was comfortable, I then pulled up my blog and began to type of my day.
